Bring us your logo, your idea, or even just a rough concept — our in-house design team will get it print-ready. We work with most standard file formats and can clean up or rebuild artwork that isn’t quite there yet. If you already have print-ready files (.eps, .ai, .pdf at 300 dpi or higher), we’ll go straight to proofing. Either way, you’ll see and approve a proof before anything goes on press. No surprises.

We have established relationships with most major apparel suppliers — including SS Activewear, Next Level, Carhartt, FlexFit, and more — which means we can source the brands your staff actually wants to wear, at prices that make sense for a business order. Ink Colors & Custom Color Matching
Getting your brand colors right matters. We use the PMS (Pantone Matching System) to mix custom ink colors, so your printed apparel matches your logo and brand standards — not just a close approximation. Beyond custom matching, we carry a full range of standard house colors, from pastels to bold brights to specialty finishes. If your design calls for a specific color, there’s a very good chance we can hit it.

Our minimums are low, which makes us a practical option for small businesses, local events, and organizations that don’t need hundreds of pieces at a time. How It Works
Getting a screen printing order done at Sun Imprints is straightforward:
- Submit your artwork and order details — tell us what you need, how many, and what garments you’re thinking. Send over your files or let us know if you need design help.
- Review and approve your proof — we’ll send a proof for your sign-off before anything goes to press.
- Pick up or receive your order — we’re located at 699 Summit Blvd in Frisco. Local pickup is easy, and we ship via FedEx if needed.
